As a solo mum of four, business owner & Master Coach for hundreds of women around the world, she knows what it’s like to carry the weight of ambition while navigating the realities of life, family & business.
After years of studying business, leadership, nervous system regulation, trauma, human behaviour & personal transformation, she discovered something most women never get taught: business growth is never just about strategy.
