Prior to working with Antoinette I was struggling emotionally and was overwhelmed with my working environment and life in general.

I now have more confidence in my working environment. Also having been separated for 9.5 years and still living with my ex husband, we have now sold our house and I have bought a small apartment on my own. Being in control of my own finances. This was a huge step for me as I have struggled letting go.

Since working with Antoinette I have started to allow myself to think outside my world; to consider other options. I have learnt to trust; sharing my problems with you which I have never done before.
