What is UNBOUND AF?
Awaken Her is a 16-week transformational group experience for the woman who is done dimming her light and ready to reclaim her power, pleasure, and presence. It blends nervous system work, identity expansion, embodiment, and breathwork - not just to change your life, but to awaken you to the woman you were always meant to be.
I’m a mum / business owner / busy woman, will I actually have time for this?
This isn’t about adding more to your plate, it’s about clearing the noise and creating space to return to yourself. Each week is intentionally designed to support your life, not overwhelm it.
The shifts you’ll make inside will ripple out into every area of your life, saving you time, energy, and cycles of burnout long term.
Is this just mindset coaching?
No and that’s the difference UNBOUND AF goes beyond mindset. We work with your nervous system, your body, your patterns, and your energy.
This is deep identity work. It’s about actual transformation, not just surface-level shifts.
What happens on the weekly calls?
Each live call includes coaching, teaching, and embodiment practices. Some weeks we dive deep into identity, beliefs, and boundaries - others we regulate, breathe, move, and activate the woman within. There’s space for you to be seen, supported, and celebrated.
What if I can’t attend a session live?
Every call is recorded and uploaded to the portal - to you can revisit the wisdom anytime it’s needed. You’ll also have access to our sisterhood space to stay connected between calls.
What if I feel nervous? Or unsure?
That’s completely normal and often a sign you’re about to expand. You don’t need to have it all figured out to say yes. You just need to feel the pull… and trust it. Growth rarely feels “ready.” It feels true.
