What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a guided technique that uses intentional breathing patterns to reset your nervous system, clear stored emotion, and unlock deeper levels of clarity, confidence, and inner steadiness. It’s not just breathing differently. It’s a full-body shift in how you relate to yourself, your energy, and your life.

Who is breathwork for?

Breathwork is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by old patterns. It’s for the person who knows they’re meant for more but feels held back by their mind, their past, or their own nervous system. If you’re ready to release, reconnect, or rise into your next level, this work is for you.

What happens in a session?

You’ll be gently guided through specific breathing patterns that activate the body’s ability to release stress, tension, and stored emotional energy. You may feel heat, tingles, emotion, spaciousness, or a deep sense of calm. Every session is different because your body releases what you’re ready to let go of.

Is breathwork safe?

Yes. Breathwork is safe when guided by a trained practitioner. As a trauma-informed coach & facilitator, I always work with your nervous system rather than against it. We go at your pace, stay attuned to your body, and create a deeply supportive environment where you remain in full control.

Do you offer in-person or online sessions?

I offer both. In-person sessions are intimate, powerful, and designed for deep transformation. Online sessions are equally effective, allowing you to experience nervous system healing & emotional release from anywhere in the world.

What if I’ve never done breathwork before?

Perfect. Breathwork doesn’t require any experience. Your body instinctively knows how to breathe and how to release. You’ll be guided every step of the way so you can relax and let the process support you.

How will I feel afterward?

Are there any conditions that stop me doing breathwork

Do not participate in Breakthrough Breathwork if you:

Have serious heart conditions or cardiovascular disease

Have uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe asthma, or epilepsy

Are in late-stage pregnancy without doctor clearance

Have had recent major surgery

Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol

Always consult your doctor if you're unsure.

You can still do a gentle breathwork / meditation but not the Breakthrough Breathwork
